Who can build my real estate website and handle updates for me?

Agent Winds offers that combination: a custom website and a personal engineer you can contact about updates. Craig builds around your brand, market, and business, and remains a point of contact when you need help or want to discuss a change.

A managed website is a practical fit if you want to spend your time with clients and have someone else handle the website work. You still provide the business knowledge: where you work, what clients ask, how you serve them, and what makes your approach useful.

Your website can connect public pages, a Digital Assistant, IDX property search, CRM, and marketing tools. We review the appropriate plan and your MLS requirements with you. See the website overview for the broader platform.

Start a website change with the client problem

You do not need to arrive with a technical specification. Explain what has changed in your business or where a visitor needs more help. Then discuss the content, functionality, scope, and timing with your engineer.

These examples show how to frame a request. They are starting points for a conversation; the work and any additional cost depend on your site and the change.

From business need to a useful website brief
What you needWhat to bring to the conversation
Help buyers compare communitiesThe communities you know, the questions buyers ask, and reliable sources for details that change. Discuss a comparison guide built around that decision.
Explain a new service or marketYour service area, process, relevant experience, and the next step you want visitors to take. Discuss the page content and where it belongs on the site.
Update your branding or teamYour approved logo, photos, biographies, and brokerage requirements. Identify the pages and contact details affected by the update.
Improve an inquiry or follow-up experienceA specific example of what the visitor tried and what you needed to receive. Review the website, Digital Assistant, and CRM flow together.

For example, “buyers keep asking about HOA differences” is a useful brief. A page can explain the comparison process, link to current sources, and show how you help. Your firsthand knowledge supplies the substance; the website makes it easier to find and use.

What to ask before choosing a managed website provider

Use your next likely website change as a test case during a demo. Ask the provider to explain how they would handle it, from your request through the finished page.

  • Who will I contact? Find out whether you can reach someone who understands your site and business.
  • Who does the actual work? Clarify which updates the provider handles and which depend on you supplying content or approvals.
  • How are scope, timing, and cost agreed? Separate routine content changes from new functionality. Ask before assuming either is included.
  • Can you show a working customer site? Look at the pages, mobile experience, property search, and path to contacting the agent.
  • What happens if I leave? Discuss your domain, content, data, and any transition work individually.

Agent Winds combines website engineering with connected real estate tools and no long-term contract. Compare current plans and setup costs, and bring your specific update requirements to the conversation.

A person behind the website

Craig founded Agent Winds after working in digital mortgage origination and as a product owner for Bank of America’s Erica AI platform. Personal engineering support is part of the service: customers can reach the person who understands their technology.

Questions about website management

Do I need to build or configure the website myself?

No. Agent Winds handles the website build and customization. You contribute your brand materials, business information, and feedback. Your engineer reviews the design, content, and MLS requirements with you before confirming a launch timeline.

Can I ask for changes after launch?

Yes. You can contact Craig about your website and the changes you need. Describe the outcome you want, then confirm the scope, timing, and any additional charges before work begins.

Does personal support mean unlimited development?

It means you have someone to contact who knows your website. The amount of work, plan coverage, and cost of a custom request should be discussed for that request; do not assume an open-ended development allowance.

Can I have a website without an MLS feed?

Yes. Agent Winds offers a No IDX plan. It can suit an agent whose website focuses on their services, local knowledge, and client conversations. If property search is important, discuss an IDX plan and availability for your MLS.

Can you help visitors find my local expertise?

Agent Winds builds public content to be readable by search engines and AI crawlers. Useful pages can explain your local knowledge and answer client questions. Visibility, AI recommendations, and leads depend on more than a page’s existence and are not guaranteed.
