I'm Craig Topham, and I built Agent Winds to help agents become the obvious choice that clients seek out.
When I purchased my home, I experienced firsthand how many agents were slow to respond, had no information about my needs before we spoke, and couldn't articulate why I should trust them with the biggest financial decision of my life. That's when I realized real estate professionals needed technology that matches the weight of the transactions they handle.
My AI systems have helped financial institutions save over $1.2 million annually and eliminate 5,600+ hours of manual work—the same efficiency I'm bringing to real estate lead management. With a Master's in Computer Science from Vanderbilt University, I've spent my career leading complex technology projects that deliver measurable results:
Leading Digital Origination & Financial Technology
At Bank of Oklahoma, I was the Principal Analyst for the Consumer Deposit Account Opening (CDAO) Initiative. I led the development and delivery of a new, highly visible application for digitally applying for mortgages and consumer deposit products, successfully sun-setting the previous vendor-led application. This project saved the bank over a million dollars in additional costs and fees per year and involved proposing and approving a scalable, distributed, cloud-based, microservices architecture. My work in digital origination and designing these systems directly informs how I build Agent Winds to provide you with seamless, efficient, and secure technology for your clients.
Innovating with AI and Automation
While at Bank of America, I directed the technical roadmap for a $5 million AI Chat platform, which was rebranded as "Digital Assistant". This initiative delivered over $160,000 in annual cost savings by automating features and eliminating over 5,600 labor hours per year. This experience building and deploying AI is what makes our AI-oriented IDX CRM sites so powerful.

I have extensive experience as a full-stack, backend, and frontend developer with a passion for good design and excellent user experiences. I'm proficient in a wide range of technologies, including Python, Java, cloud computing (AWS), and big data technologies like Hadoop and Kafka.
My expertise in strategic IT vision, product innovation, and business value creation is the foundation of Agent Winds. I'm a visionary thought partner who has consistently delivered on major technology projects that drive efficiency and cut costs.
